By operating a storefront on Protocat, you agree to follow these standards in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Honest listings
Describe products accurately, including materials, sizing, lead times, and shipping regions. Do not mislead buyers with fake reviews, stock levels, or discounts.
2. Fulfillment & communication
Respond to enquiries in a timely, professional manner. Honor agreed prices and delivery expectations. If you cannot fulfill an order, communicate clearly and refund or resolve according to your stated policies and applicable law.
3. Prohibited items
Do not list illegal, unsafe, or stolen goods; items that infringe intellectual property; or services that facilitate fraud, harassment, or harm. We may remove listings or suspend shops that violate this rule.
4. Respect & safety
Treat buyers and other community members with respect. Do not use Protocat to spam, discriminate unlawfully, or collect personal data beyond what you need to complete a sale.
5. Payments
Where Protocat does not process payments, you are responsible for compliant payment collection and record keeping. Follow local tax and consumer regulations.
6. Enforcement
We may warn, restrict visibility, or remove accounts that breach these guidelines or the Terms of Service. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent suspension.
