1. Who we are
Protocat provides tools for creators to publish storefronts and for buyers to discover products. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Protocat.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
3. Creator storefronts
Creators are responsible for their listings, pricing, availability, and compliance with applicable laws (including consumer protection and tax). Protocat does not become a party to sales between you and buyers unless we explicitly offer a feature that states otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in violation of our policies, upload malware, harass users, or list prohibited goods. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Creator Guidelines.
5. Intellectual property
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant Protocat a limited license to host, display, and operate the service with respect to that content. The Protocat name, logo, and software are owned by Protocat or its licensors.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Protocat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
